Shipping & Return Policy – DTF Transfers

Processing Time

All DTF transfers are made to order.
Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships.
Processing time does not include shipping time.

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, launches), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS / UPS (carrier may vary).
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

🚨 Important:
Once a package is marked as shipped, we are not responsible for:

  • USPS/UPS delays

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Carrier delivery errors

If your package shows “Delivered” but you did not receive it, you must contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error

  • Packages returned to us for incorrect or incomplete addresses

If a package is returned, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

🚫 All DTF transfer sales are FINAL.

Because DTF transfers are custom-printed and made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including:

  • Wrong size selected

  • Color variations

  • User pressing/application errors

  • Change of mind

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, you must:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the issue and the packaging

If approved, we will replace the item.
No refunds will be issued.

Pressing & Usage Disclaimer

We are not responsible for transfers damaged due to:

  • Incorrect heat press settings

  • Improper application

  • Use of household irons

  • Incompatible fabrics

Please follow all pressing instructions provided.
